End-to-end testing cycle for railway, oil and gas, and industrial products: materials, components, infrastructure elements and rolling stock. Preparation and support of certification and declaration procedures against the technical regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the EAEU and international standards.
Scope of work
Scope covers product conformity assessment and the preparation of test results for accredited certification bodies.
- Mechanical, climatic and vibration testing on Ibertest rigs
- Laboratory, bench and analytical testing (physico-chemical and others)
- Non-destructive testing methods and metallographic material analysis
- Preparation and support of product certification and declaration
- Preparation of reports, test protocols and technical opinions
Methods and standards
Methodologies are grounded in international and national standards, with full traceability of measurements and equipment calibration.
- EN, UIC standards — international certification via Ibertest
- ST RK and GOST standards — national requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- EAEU technical regulations — Eurasian Economic Union conformity assessment
- GOST ISO/IEC 17025 — quality management system for the testing laboratory
